Minutes, November 7, 2007.

The meeting was opened by David C. at 1930. A motion was made by Earl D. and 2nd by Richard C. to accept the minutes of October as e-mailed. The motion carried.

Treasurer Report: On hand in checking $1133.69.

SRVM Agenda Items:

New Year's day Event. It was suggested by Lynn H., Sr. that we have a Frozen Finger Fly at the flying field on January 1, 2008, starting at 1000. The purpose is to make it a family day of general aviation flying. No special events unless it is a spontaneous exhibit by some showoff, crashes excepted. Lynn suggested having a big bon fire and possible a chili feed. It might be a suggestion to use that hazardous tree at the North end of the approach for the fire, spare Ken's plane it might still be in it. 1. Mower found on e-bay by Jerry J.- Club authorized max. bid of $1150. Lastest info Jerry got it for $800. Calvin C. to go check it out and if OK to pick it up. Cal is volunteering his time and expenses to pick it up.
