Minutes, July 11, 2007

The meeting was opened by David C. at 7:30 PM.
The minutes were not read because they had been e-mail to members. A motion to accept the minutes as received was made by Todd H., 2nd by Jerry H. Jr. Motion passed.

Treasurer's Report:
1. On hand in checking $1012.69.
2. $150 expended for gas & supplies.
3. $50 expended for Corporation Annual Dues.

New members received and welcomed:

Old Business:

1. Flying Field Privy repairs progressing.
2. Club Open House on June 30 huge success. TAG (Take off And Grow) report to be sent to AMA by David C. 12 people signed up to participate in the TAG program. Followup training is being scheduled. AMA requires ongoing reports of the TAG program. David C., our President, did a great job of organizing, coordinating, working and generally making the event a success as well as the many members who showed up early on the windy morning. They all deserve our thanks.

New Business:
1. Ontario Air Faire - Saturday, September 15.
A. Ken Simmons said he will ensure the club has a place to display our activities.
B. The week-end after the Air Faire, September 22, the SRVM Club will have another TAG Open House.
2. Next meeting at the flying field, Wednesday, August 1, 7:30 PM
3. Meeting adjourned 8 PM. Motion by Jerry H. Jr., 2nd by Todd H.
