- Road condition. The road has deteriorated because of storm water run off. Dave C. said we need a grader to fill-in and level the road. Dale C. said he will try a tow grader he has to avoid the cost of a grader to do it. Jerry J. noted that we also need to add road mix to replace that which has been lost.
- Property line discussion - The meeting was visited by the owner of the property adjacent to the access road. An attempt to determine the property line and the road on map was difficult. Dave C. says that it would need to be surveyed to find out exactly where the property line was in relation to the road. No action was taken as a result of the meeting. The owner and our representatives had agreeable attitudes during the meeting with the goal to work it out to the benefit of all concerned. A future meeting will probably be held.
- Flight Demos at the Ontario Airfaire on Sept 12. Ken S. said that the Airfaire committee was open to R/C demo's as a part of the program. Ken will check back with the committee to confirm and as to what we can do. Also the discussion included having a display in one of the hangers of our club and planes like we have done in the past. This can be a great attraction for people to join SRVM.
- Malheur County Historical Society - The Society is updating and reprinting the two volumn set of historically interesting information. SRVM is going to submit information about our club to be included in the reprinting. It will include the clubs beginning, activities, people etc, about 500 words and one picture. Jerry H.
