SNAKE RIVER VALLEY MODELERS

Minutes - December 8, 2007

The meeting was opened by David C. at 1930. A motion was made by Jerry J. & 2nd by Richard P. to accept the minutes of November 2007 as e-mailed. The motion carried.

Treasurer's Report: $347.95 on hand.

Old Business:

1. A review of SRVM activities and accomplishments for 2007 was discussed by Jerry H. Sr.


2. The lawn mower newly purchased and picked up by Calvin C. It was inspected and several needs were discovered. The seller allowed a discount to cover the needs.

3. The cost to Calvin C. to pick up the mower was $180 for fuel. A motion was made by Marshall D. & 2nd by Richard P. to reimburse him for the expense. The motion carried.

New Business:

1. David C. announced and installed the 2008 SRVM Club Officers as follows:

President Bob Armstrong vice David Castleberry
Vice President Jerry Jackson vice reelected
Treasurer Steve Brown vice reelected
Secretary Jerry Haines Sr. vice reelected
Safety Officer Richard Pitcher vice Todd Hientz
(note: The president received the newly upgraded head gear. It has been upgraded from hand powered to remote control electric powered.)

2. SRVM January 08 Activities List was presented and discussed by Bob A. A motion to accept the list was made by Dave C. and 2nd by Todd H. The motion carried.

3. A wonderful dinner was served followed by a gift exchange which was concluded with a minimum of hurt feelings and much laughter. Marshall D. received his first electrically powered aircraft during the exchange.

4. A motion to adjourn was made by David C. and 2nd by Bob A.
